Cancel an order: We sincerely hope that you will be happy with your order but if you change your mind and want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible quoting your order reference number. You are entitled to a statutory ‘cooling off’ period of up to 14 working days after the receipt of the goods.  

Once we have received your request for a return or exchange, you will receive an email with a return address. You must return the order, in its original (unused) condition, with the original invoice back to us within 14 days in order to get an exchange or refund.

We are not responsible for the return postage or other incurring charges if you wish to return or exchange your items (unless the items are faulty or were damaged during transit); please return all items in their original packaging using either Royal Mail 1st class recorded or other courier services with tracking numbers. You are responsible for the items until we receive them.

Once we have received your return, we will refund the payment back onto the original card, minus the original delivery costs. However, if the return items are not in its original conditions or show signs that they have been used; then we have the right to cancel the refund andthe items will be returned to you.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Exchange: We can only exchange on the same product and if you would like a different item then a new order must be placed. Please read the instructions above for the return procedure.

Faulty or damaged items: If the items are incorrectly sent, faulty, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for replacements. All items must be returned to us before we send you the new replacements. We will only replace with the same items in your original order and will refund you delivery charge for returning the items.

Delivery

We know that you can’t wait for your favourite items or gifts to arrive, so we try our best to dispatch your goodies within 1-4 business days. If for some reasons, we cannot dispatch within that time frame, we will notify you via emails.

The delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of the order and your location, which you will be able to view on the check out page. We don't aim to make profit from the postage and packaging, and we try to find the most cost-effective options for our customers. Royal Mail service is used to ensure that your orders are delivered as efficiently as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email so that you either track your order or know when to expect the order to arrive. For all courier services, you will receive a tracking number where you can check the status of your order.

UK shipping

We now offer free standard shipping within the UK for orders over £50!

Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class recorded is used for orders under 1kg. This means that a signature is required at the delivery address, so please ensure there is someone to sign for your items upon delivery.

UK customers can expect delivery within 1-2 business days, but please allow 1 or 2 extra days before checking the status of the order.
